Berlinetta (switch)

I just bought an 84 berlinetta last week and im going through it. Theres a whole where a switch used to be at but now its gone. Its right behind the rotating stereo unit, at the bottom.... Where and what is this suppost to go to? can any the berlinetta owner be so kind to help me out. Thanks...

Yes, that's the hole where the rocker switch for the cruise control was located. My '84 Berlinetta has the same thing.
