How do I remove my instrument cluster?
I found all the proper screws to get the cluster loose in my '88 Camaro. My question is, what else needs to be taken off to get the instrument cluster out? Mine won't just come out due to the steering column and the dash padbeing in the way. I've never been inside this area of my car, and I don't want to tear stuff up.

Just loosen the column to let it drop down a little and take out a few of the screws holding the dash pad on. Go slow and it should come out, don't rush it though or you could do some unintended damage.
