Correct door panels and interior for 89 GTA
I am having trouble sorting out my T/A, previous owner claims it is a GTA WS6.
I bought it in pieces and am starting to rebuild it and things are missing or not matching up.
What would the correct interior look like for a 89 GTA?
I have the flat door panels that look like they came from a parts car(yellow number on back), After doing some searching I discovered that brackets are needed, but I am finding two different styles of door panels claiming to be GTA.
Is there a difference in the plastic trim as well as the seats and doors?
How do I tell if this car really is a GTA?
It has 4wheel disc's, aluminum drive shaft, posi, aero spoiler, 5.7 tpi, GTA seats, power everything, quick ratio steering box.
The center caps have the gold bird on them, is this correct for a GTA with the WS6 package?
Sadly I can find no build sheets anywhere...... would love to figure this out.

Gold birds on centre caps are GTA, but not for 89. WS6 suspension is standard on every GTA ever made, so if you verify that this is actually a GTA, you'll never have to mention WS6 again.
Verifying GTA is easy. The SPID sticker inside the center console will have RPO code Y84. If the VIN # on that same sticker matches the VIN # on the metal plate, you have a GTA. If the sticker and build sheet are missing, you can still gather clues that indicate it might be a GTA. This website has all the answers:

Thanks for the information guys
Sadly I cannot not find any stickers or build sheets on or in this car. It does have all the GTA parts except the door panels and wheel caps, though I am also missing all badging.

Run the VIN on compnine.com and see what it says. If there is no history on it, possibly use PHSonline and go through Jim Mattison. (I think that's his name). NOTE--if you go through Jim, you'll be charged and you'll need to provide proof of ownership. But you'll get everything you have been looking for

Good idea. Must assume rabidcanadian is dealing with a Canadian car so the VIN should work in Compnine.
