Junkyard. Got an entire (working) unit for less than $50. Greased it up, works good.

TDS is def cheaper. The owner is very helpful in getting your equipment working again. if not try a junkyard. I found a working 92 pull down in a junk car for 30 bucks

You guys that paid 30-50$ for your pulldowns from the yard paid too much, haha. I got one from one of our local yards for $12. The dude at the counter didn't even know what it was.

Re: Least Expensive Source for Hatch Motor Parts
Problem with a good number of the ones in the junkyards are the same problems with the rest:
1. Nylon guides (which I just replaced in mine and that was a TOTAL headache) are disintegrated because GM used the cheapest POS material possible to make them out of...
2. Motor housing cracked and/or broken at frame mount bolt holes...
3. Gear nut stripped out by motor at some point.
Snag one from a J/Y but plan on rebuilding it AND your existing one... Keep the one that's worse off for parts.

Re: Least Expensive Source for Hatch Motor Parts
Just ordered parts for this from Hawks. Have ordered before a couple years ago. Have to say their ordering process is a mess. Tried to log in and wouldn't accept it, email already in use, tried to retrieve or change password, get wrong page at link. Had to use another email address and register as new. Then I go to checkout and get a total, go to paypal and get all that done, THEN directed back to checkout and get the incredible shipping amounts - after going through all the paypal deal. End result, about 46 bucks for a new plastic gear and the slides. Not terrible but there has to be a better way. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood?

Re: Least Expensive Source for Hatch Motor Parts
Hawks buys the parts from TDS and then sells them to make a profit... Just get them from TDS and eliminate the middle man. Another reason I avoid Hawks.
