Looks nice. But before people start lining up, and you start printing a lot of them, it appears that the one you've reproduced has the smaller HVAC opening for digital dash cars with C67 electronic HVAC controls. In the grand scheme of things, the percentage of those cars is nearly undetectable. Cool that you've created a file to make it, though, because it would probably have been overlooked, otherwise. Most digital dash owners probably won't want to make such a change, due to that whole originality/sacrilegious thing, but, at least, the odd, progressive owner, who isn't afraid to boldly go, has the option to do so. So save that file, as is, before you modify it to the wider opening for the standard HVAC cars, which the vast, vast majority have. Hopefully the file can be modified easily.
What's the material you used for the printed bezel? Durable and easy to work with?
As for the flipping radio and HVAC controls comment, I'm not sure the 85-92 radio pod will lend itself to a flipping of the features. Looks like it would require a complete gutting of the radio pod, thus eliminating all of its structural integrity, then completely rebuilding it. Not sure such a project would be important enough or worthy of the amount of work that might be involved.
