Heads up, that dry-type blue loctite peeled off the bolt when the waterproof grease I used on the shaft contacted it during mounting. I keep loctite 243 in the garage so it was no problem for me, but I thought you'd want to know.
I don't know whether there's a dry type available that's OK with grease. The term they use on the 243 is "surface-insensitive," that's what you'd be looking for.
