He's really easy and great to deal with. We kept in contact the whole time while waiting on the k-member to arrive. He packaged it very well and even refunded me some of my money because shipping was cheaper than originally estimated. There's not many people out there that would do that. The guy even ate the PayPal fee. I hope all of my transactions are this good.
