Cooter26 was the 4th person I bought from on this forum. The first was last spring, and it didn't go so well. In the last couple of weeks, I bought from cooter and 2 others, cooter being the last one and the first to ship. The rockers were like he described and and shipped quickly. It helped that he was the only one that took paypal.
