Files fraud charges with paypal 5 days after sending payment, so i am not selling him these or any other parts, i'm going to be refunding him his money as soon as the money is in my paypal account.

as you can see from the dates stamps on this he did not give me enough time to ship the package or remedy the situation.

* 10/1/2008 09:47 PDT - Buyer: the seller keeps sending me private messages on the forum I originally found this item on. They just recently told me that they had ALREADY sent paypal the tracking information for the shipment, and now in the boxes provided for our trying to work this out, they say they have to retrieve it , they do not have it yet. I believe this person is going to drag this out to the end. I do not believe there is a package sent, they are showing all the signs in my eyes to being a liar and fraud. I have all the private messages from the forums saved if paypal would need to review them..

* 10/1/2008 05:50 PDT - Seller: you can escalate the claim to paypal if you like. but once again you are acting way to fast in this matter. i will get you the tracking number as soon as i have it in front of me. i don't have it with me at this moment. i would have provided you the tracking number to you sooner, but instead of me getting a message that asks for the tracking number i get threats of filing fraud charges with paypal and vulgar language. i tried to resolve this over the phone, but you refused to talk to me about it. your package is on the way and i will give you the tracking number as soon as i can.

* 10/1/2008 00:26 PDT - Buyer: You also stated to me recently through the thirdgen boards that you had to give paypal a tracking number , well to end this why didn't you give it to me as well.. All you have done is send me remarks, nothing stating or showing you have done what you said. Your word is nothing to no one that does not know you, sorry its life. You can give me the tracking info so I can check it out or I will escalate this to a dispute. I am tired of dealing with you. its now been 12 days since you have been paid.

* 9/29/2008 10:01 PDT - Buyer: I have received no response from you on when it was shipped, if it was shipped, or anything. All you had to do was find a box according to you, and send me a private message. When I receive the items, if they are what you say they were and everything then I will cancel this claim. This would not have happened had you just sent me a private message with that information.

* 9/29/2008 08:46 PDT - Seller: you have not given enough time for the package to get to you, CA to MI is 4 days in transit. i told you i would get it out as soon as possible on the 20th. you should be receiving the package soon. so you can cancel this fraud claim through paypal.

* 9/29/2008 00:08 PDT - Buyer: I have tried many times to contact this person through thirdgen.org where I found his add and made our agreement to purchase a radiator and electric fan. I have sent many private messages to this person asking them to contact me with details and have heard nothing. I just want my money back and have this over with.
