Refunded $8.25 of a $65 dollar purchase when nearly 50% of the value of the product was lost in the mail.

Quite a bit less then 50% was lost in the mail by the USPS, not me. You didn't want insurance, but I refunded you part of the value of what was lost anyway to try and help you out, even though I didn't have to. I don't understand your beef.
