Packaging got damaged and a few items lost by the USPS. He kept wanting all the money back for the items even though HE didn't purchase any insurance. Even though things were out of my control as far as the package handling goes, I gave him a percentage refund, but that wasn't enough. I'm glad that paypal saw it my way.
