My only suggestion, at least from my experience with this transaction, is to give dialogue during process. EX. When you recieved the box and removed the tire, give an update so the buyer isn't left guessing. Then when shipped, send another e-mail with the tracking number the day you send it out... I felt the need to e-mail about 3 times to get an update on my purchase... Folks don't like to guess when they buy stuff... Other than that, I was pleased...
