Seller gladly took my $300 western union check, gladly told me he would ship me a working 700R4 within a few weeks, this was in November of 2009. In February of 2010 I told 87cmroiroc305ho that I no longer needed the transmission, and simply needed my money back. I dont think that was unfair seeing as he had 3 months to ship me a transmission he claimed to have in his hands. After trying to call him on about 3 different numbers he'd called me from, and getting excuse after excuse for why he couldnt send me the transmission, and then being told that I would get my money back, but never hearing back from him. He refused to call me, the only time he would respond to me would be via private messages on thirdgen.org, and even then it was only an excuse as to why he couldnt get my money back. I tried to resolve this for almost a year without tarnishing his name, but its gone too far. I dont want someone else to be robbed of their hard earned money by 87cmroiroc305ho (Keith). I understand that hard times hit us all, and sometimes things get rough, but that is never an excuse to be dishonest and steal from someone. While I do not doubt the excuses, their is no excuse for not holding up ones end of a sale. And 11 months is longer than most would have waited for someone to scrounge up enough money to refund them.
