Rating Summary #665

I bought a set of 2" spacers from him. After 3 weeks there was no response and no spacers.. I found that another guy who bought .5" spacers from him was in the same situation. After filing a PayPal claim the next day he shipped them. No explanation as to why it took so long, all he refuted with was the tracking number. I received the parts today, so I guess all is well that ends well.
