backed out after I already paid agreed price (even after him raising the asking price because of multiple interested people). Refunded my money but IMO a deal is a deal, I had already paid in full immediately after striking the deal so I OWNED the shifter. He then went for more money and sold it to someone who bid more. Never even giving me the change to maybe raise my bid (which would have been ludicrous since I had already bid)

I am seriously pissed off. This is no way to deal with people. I now have a fyll refund sitting there useless in my paypal account.
