When I first contacted the seller, he had a lot going on and couldn't immediately answer my questions, however he always immediately replied to the questions I had and promised prompt responses. He also replied within the time he promised too. Very great communication!! Wish the company I worked for had same ethics to communicate the same way LOL. Great product and shipped directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer was very busy and had an initial ship date over 4 weeks out, but they arrived much earlier than promised too. Very pleased with this purchase and would encourage others to not hesitate to do business with this seller. Great Job!!
