Purchased this car from Brandon, thought all was well but when he made a mistake on the title, which we talked about and he said he would take care of...he did not do so.
I tried for WEEKS to contact Brandon to get the title issue straightened out so I could put it in my name and he refused all phone calls, didnt answer any texts or emails or private messages or even facebook messages and facebook posts on forums he frequents. Completely ignored the situation.
It was not until I hired a Lawyer to go after him to get the required documentation that Brandon decided to comply and send it back as requested for weeks prior. Ended up costing me lawyer fees and late fees on the tagging of the car due to his mistake.
I finally got the car put in my name and tagged 2 days ago. I purchased the car on 6/30/14
Also didnt help the fact that we agreed on a price prior to delivery and he decided to raise the price back up to original asking price due to increased interest in the car.
Many things were not as stated on the car and some items that were promised in the sale were not included either (tach for example).
