Transmission: 4L80 4000, T56
Axle/Gears: 4.30 M12, 23.42 10 bolt
243 heads, 4.8 short block, 90 mm truck intake FS
Have a set of 243 heads for 350$, need a couple valves(few bent) and clean up, they had 30K miles on them.
Engine is a 2008 model 4.8, 58x reluctor, 30K miles, 300$:
90 mm intake is a 2009 off of a silverado, 150$:
North side, Houston TX.

are the valve seats or the valve guides messed up at all? so if not is the only thing the heads need are new valves?

Not sure, i think the valves just need replacement with a valve job as anyone would do replacing valves, but the machine shop of your choice can confirm otherwise.
