Fuel pump wiring

Fuel pump isnt turning on but when I give power to the test connector it does turn on so I'm guessing the grey wire from the relay isn't hooked up right. It goes into the c100 correct? If someone can tell me where it goes thatd be very helpful, thanks.

From the C100 connector, it goes to the double plugs under the passenger side kick panel toward the back of the car and goes out under the backseat.

I soldered the grey wire from the painless into the factory fuel pump wire. I think it's grey too. I think the conector is on the bottom of the car in front of the tank. It's not hard to get to. there where only three wires on mine. Don't cut the old wire out or it won't work, mine didn't when I cut it so I soldered them back together.
