Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
Have any pics of it? I think it's almost just like the impala/caprice harness.

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
Does your fuse box look like this? If so, put a cable from your battery to the post on the right, wire C2 to your fuel pump wire, wire G1 to a switched ignition source. Leave your purple ignition wire that was going to your starter the way it was. Use the batt. power cables if you have them. 1 goes to the starter, other goes to that post, and the other goes to the alt. Get vats tuned out

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
yea it kinda does look likethat .. but what do you mean by "Leave your purple ignition wire that was going to your starter the way it was. Use the batt. power cables if you have them. 1 goes to the starter, other goes to that post, and the other goes to the alt."... also i got a vats bypass module so that is solved already

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
Batt. cables from the swap car. You will need to have your batt. on the passenger side if it's not already there. Your cars ignition will work just the way it was.

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
What I'm try to say is use the power cables from the fleetwood. It's 1 cable that splits into 3. 1 to the post on the fuse box. 1 to the alt. 1 to the starter.
Go look under your camaro at the starter. There should be a purple wire and 2 red wires down there. When you get the lt1 in, wire it up just as before. I opted to move the 2 red wires to the post on the side of the fuse box. The purple wire is your ignition wire. The 2 red wires power your interior and exterior lights.
Are you using the lt1 starter or the one from your camaro?

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
Under your dash there is a clear connector(c207) next to where your old computer was. The wire for the pump is in there. Do a search for c207 for your year camaro. run a wire from that wire up to the engine bay and connect it to C2(gray wire) from the 37 pin black connector. If you can't find the diagram you can always trace the wire from the fuel pump itself.

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
in that case your going to need at least a tpi in-tank pump. I don't really know anything about carb cars. Mine was already a tpi when I did the swap.

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
The fuse box already has the relay in it. I don't think the 6 pin connector goes to anything. Try lt1swap.com for some wiring diagrams. look under the impala/caprice section.

Re: fleetwood lt1 motor wiring
I've tried searching for it and can't find anything. You can try going to autozone or some place and have them look it up, or get a chiltons manual for the fleetwood. One of those relays should be for the fuel pump.
