LT1 Swap From Stock 305 Carb??

I have an 84 Z28 stock 305 4bbl carb. Guy at work has an LT1 From a 94 Z28. Tree fell on car, co-workers son bought motor and trans with intensions of putting it in his girls 86 Z28. Son got an offer for the 86 and sold it. He wants 800 for the complete LT1 with 48,000miles. Was wondering what all I will need to do the swap, i.e...new computer, harnesses, sensors etc... any mods that need or should be done. Any input at all is appreciated. Thanks for the help!

Re: LT1 Swap From Stock 305 Carb??

there is a sticky in the top of this section with lots of info. im in the process of doing the swap on my 86. there is quite a bit of wiring. most stuff bolts right in. with yours being a carbed car i know the fuel pump has to be changed. im looking to have the whole thing running for around $1000 (including the price of the car). search bar is your friend.

also, 800 seems like an ok price if he can prove mileage. in my area there are a few for 400-600 in the 100k mile range.
