Camaro covered in snow
Doesn't snow here often but when it does it sure is a "cool" sight!

Re: Camaro covered in snow
HA! Try living where I live lol. Just last week my T/A was burried up to the roof in snow. I dont mean it was just covered I mean the surrounding snow was so deep that the car was gone.

Ha! You guys don't know winter
This was just after I first got that car two years ago.
And just to give you an idea of the road conditions...
And here's why you shouldn't be using a car bra in winter...
I put that thing on since my bumper was pretty much stripped of paint and looked like crap.
She's never seen winter again after the restoration, though

Re: Camaro covered in snow
Okay, just got the last button done up on my flame-suit.
So, here goes, "Man, those pictures are COOL".
Here in the Canadian Pacific Northwest (Vancouver area - you may have heard of us as we're hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics), the weather has been amazing. On the mountains, yes, snow. But at the lower levels, we're running 50-55 F as daytime highs.
So, three weeks out and the world's gonna' be here!!!

Haha I think I won. It was still snowing as I took those pictures. The total came to be 42"s Hahaha
This was a record breaking blizzard where I am at. We have never gotten this much snow in recorded history lol...
I was worried the plow would hit it cause it runs at night lol. Even if the car is brushed off it's still a white camaro hahaha.
I ended up putting orange cones and 33 gallon trash buckets over it lol.

You have to love the sidewalk plows they use in Montreal that will literally run you down if you don't jump out of the way. But within like 2 days the roads after a storm there are perfect.

Re: Camaro covered in snow
these cars and snow do not mix well. I had a heck of a time getting my GTA into the garage last winter. I only had to back it in but the drive was so slick it took me an hour to move it 15 feet lol.

Re: Camaro covered in snow
I freaked after I came out of class yesterday and my car was covered in about 2" of snow in the student parking lot. Ugh, I hate it when my little Bandit gets dirty and wet. She hasn't been restored yet, but I get her out of the snow as soon as possible if she's in it. She's sitting in my carport at the moment with the hatch hanging out, waiting to clear out my canvas shed to put her in there for the winter so I cant work on her.

Re: Camaro covered in snow
I now need a new spot, I moved out of my Mom's into with my dad and all his tool's and Vette take up the garage, I might be able to squeeze my truck in, but I'm not sure because of the parts i took off my new parts car lol, it hasn't snowed yet, but we did just get some freezing rain and hail for literally like 2 mins. WTF

Re: Camaro covered in snow
I think I got all of my winter excitement out of my system last week.
We were in Idaho and Montana over Thanksgiving and it snowed like crazy. Had the truck in 4x4 virtually the whole time.... we're back down in Tennessee where the snow is few and far between.

This was in North Texas, just about a year ago. Once it all melted off I found a 4" crack in the front windshield which has now spread all the way from top to bottom of window.
