Removing Shift ****

Can anyone give me the scoop on removing the **** on a 90 RS automatic so I can take out the console for repairs and cleaning?

Re: Removing Shift ****

put the car in like 1st gear so you can see the backside of the shift **** and there is a little clip you will need to take out you can use a flathead screwdriver for this and then just take the button off the top and it slides right off
