New pics of the 86
Just a couple, i was having problems with the camera and the car is too shiney, and im getting too much glare.
I forgot to flip up the plate, so hereis a "now you see it, now you dont" pic of the flip up plate.
i had a bunch more but they glare was soo bad they were junk, more to come later

Re: New pics of the 86
this is the plate bracket, though i bought mine on ebay for less, this was the only one i could find just now.
http://www.autoattire.com/stngofrho.html
its just a little manual spring assisted bracket, flip it down and slide it under the car, its a pretty clear install, just 2 little holes under the nose, though i made a little "Z" shaped piece of aluminum to support the rear of the mounting bracket and screwed that to the metal bumper under the car. I'll see if i can get a decent pic of it on the car.

Re: New pics of the 86
First off, I would like to say very nice looking car, and very nice scenic pictures.
Just have a couple of questions:
With a cowl that big, where are the pictures of the engine?
The next question I have is, how the hell did you get it out there, apparently in the middle of nowhere without getting a million bugs splattered all over the car?
I figured 1 of five things here.
A. You live out there.
B. You trailered the car out there.
C. You are a master of Photoshop.
D. You drove at like 5 miles an hour and brought cleaning supplies with you.
E. You are one lucky man, so go buy yourself a lottery ticket.
So which is it, or if it is something else I didn’t think of lets hear it. How did you get that are out there without picking up all kinds of debris?

Re: New pics of the 86
it was painted with stripes, never didnt have them except when it was bought raw from VFN
----------
these are just some new pics for this year, i have a couple older posts with some of last years pics.
here is the motor so your happy
as for how it got there, i live out in the sticks, though this spot is about 10 miles from my house.
The car take pics very well, i have some where the car is absolutely filthy and it looks spotless and shiny as hell nonetheless.
for instance, this is a pic from last year, the car was hosed off and a quicky wash, no wax after sitting for 4 months for an engine/trans swap
