What headers will bolt to stock y-pipe in LG4 motor?
I am strapped for cash right now and I really want to put some headers on the car.
They have some flowtech headers at Advance Auto for about $100.00. Will these bolt to my y-pipe? Some exuast shops want about $200 for a custom y-pipe.
I just want some cheap headers for the LG4. When I get a 350, then I'll spend the cash for a complete 3" system.
Thanks

My research for an emissions legal system indicates the wise course of action would be to get a complete header/y-pipe system. Size it for the 350 when you put it on the LG4; low end torque may suffer slightly, but the cost will definately be less doing it right the first time.

I do not believe there are any because looking at the position of the stock Y-pipe the primaries on the headers would be very short. Do yourself a favor and buy either a prefabbed Y-pipe and headers or pay a shop to make you a custom Y-pipe (mine only ran me $100).

Thanks for the advice, guys.
I hope I can get these on before March 17th, we are heading to the track that day and I would love to get into the lower 14's.
