Cruisin' Virginia Beach Auto Super Show Apr 29th

Saturday, April 29, 2006
Virginia Beach Boardwalk

HRFBODY will be there with about 15 pre-registered F-Bodys, more wanted!!

Cruise on down to the Virginia Beach boardwalk Saturday, April 29, from 9:00am-4:00pm, for a day of fun in the sun and the chance to see a collection of some of the hottest cars ever assembled! Whether you bring a classic car to show off, or cheer your favorite entry at the popular burnout competition, this revved-up weekend is guaranteed to crank up both participants and spectators.

Over two hundred hot rods, classic cars, street machines, antiques automobiles, and even motorcycles will line the boardwalk for fun and competition at the 8th Annual Cruisin’ Virginia Beach Auto Super Show. Car clubs from throughout the Southeast will display their autos and compete for trophies in various categories. Clubs expected to participate in this year’s show include Mopars, VW’s, Fords, Corvettes, and many others. Enthusiasts who wish to display their cars and have them judged may enter through one of the car clubs or participate as an “independent.” Trophies are presented by the various car clubs at the conclusion of the event on Saturday.

The controlled burnout competition, always a crowd-pleaser, will be held Saturday at 6:00pm at the municipal parking lot at 18th Street and Arctic Avenue at the oceanfront. Participants in the Cruisin’ Virginia Beach Auto Super Show receive t-shirts, dash plaques, valuable coupons for area attractions, and door prizes.

The registration fee for entering a vehicle in the car show is $20.

The event is free for spectators.
