Hell yea man, what do you need, I got it, 15 years collecting 3rd gen cars and parts. I will be returning from Iraq in 3 weeks, and can give you all the help and parts you might need. I am a certified Auto-body repair tech, Home based shop, and work full time as a auto mechanic, and I love 82-92 Camaros. I live just south of Old Dominion Dragway, about 5 miles.
Wow man sounds awesome. I know just about where you live then. Yeah i mean i used to be into imports, and im only knowledgeable in the aftermarket parts, but i would be glad to get some help and kick it with someone who has experience with cars and share some ideas i have 2 color schemes, i wanna do silver with a blue stripe and blue rims with a polished lip or gunmetal with a black stripe and black rims with a polished lip.
cool, Yea I used to run a white 94 Integra and a primer green/ powder green 87 T-top Iroc at Ol'D and Summer Duck. EVERY test and tune night I am thier at both tracks, and setting up ah lets call them "contest" between cars every weekend at BK/McD's on 28 by 234 and Manassas Airport. I have been doing paint and body work since 1995, I do custom paint and powder coating at my home shop, rims are the largest thing I can powder coat, next year I am getting a bigger oven, and a paint booth, so it will be on FULL TIME, just have to get home from IRAQ. I am taking a truck and trailer load of parts to MIR for Import Vs Domestic Nov 7-8 getting a vendor spot. Look it up http://www.mirworldcupfinals.com/

Oh you do rims huh? hehehe i may have to pay you a visit.
Saw the call for NOVA 3rd gen owners and thought I would have to give a shout out. I just picked up my first Camaro about a month and have big plans for bringing it back to life. It's nice to see that there are other 3rd gen fans in the area, especially since I may wind up having to beg for advice as the "project" goes on.
