Looks just like the tahoe we rented last week, it had a 5.3 it felt like a dog compared to the wife 5.2 durango with 3:92 gears.
I sure hate to buy ANY car from enterprise rent a wreck

Zac... give me a call about that intake and heads.... There is no way I can have it done by tomorrow night, I actually caught my last buffing pad on fire today from pushing too hard, and the new pads won't show until Monday afternoon...

OMG... I'm still having a hard time believing that picture. But then again, after having met Zac, maybe it's not beyond the realm of possibility after all!!!

HOW DID YOU DO THAT????
my buddy had a tahoe and it was an absolute dog. way too nose heavy, no power. im guessing that if it was a rental then it was stock. did you just hit the rev limiter in neutral and then knock it into drive???? youre lucky you didnt have to go back and rent a truck to pick up the pieces.
AWESOME PIC!!!!!!

The 4.8 engine is pathetic, but the 5.3 moves pretty good. I believe all rentals use the 4.8, at least that is what Enterprise told us.

here are instructions if you would like to do this yourself
1. get two people to watch the road and one to man the camera.
2. put the pedal on the right to the floor and don't let off.
3. make sure your going about 75mph when you hit the entrance of the mormon church.
4. have your buddy take a picture.
it actually got all four off the ground the still camera missed it but we got it on video
