There is a guy in South Bend that is getting out of the parts business. If you need some parts he is right in your town and is getting rid of parts cheap. pmail me if you want more info.
I think I have to bring the niterider out as it is getting close to the end of the crusing season.

I am planning on going as well, but it will be with the impala.
Has anyone heard/or can confirm the rumor that they will be completely closing the street down from burnham to wentworth, and then charging $5 a car to park on ridge? i also heard they were going to park them at an angle to fit more instead of parallel like in times past.
We'll be there... My car is taking longer than i thought so it wont be there but we will atleast have a silver pearl thirdgen there all caged up... Look for it and say hi...
Well, let's see...I think this would work...take 30 to Calumet and go North (right). Then take that to Ridge Rd. and turn left (west). Stay on Ridge Rd. till you see the cars.
I'm planing on going, hope to see some other third-gens there. It's funny, at the beginning of the summer I was thinking that I would make it to all the Lansing cruises but I haven't gone to one at all this year. If there is anyone from the northwest suburbs that wants to roll down there with me, let me know.

Paul i might be down for cruising down there. I was hoping to get the car to the track on sunday to make a couple nitrous passes before the year is over. If i dont go to the track i am definitely down for a cruise.

If your coming from Lowell, go North on 41 which becomes indianapolis blvd, just take that to ridge road and make a left. That will take you right to lansing.
tim give me a call if you'll be going, gonna try to bring out the slowmaro.
Sounds good, it would be a blast to go cruising with the cars. Id better fill my nitrous tank before LOL! I got a new phone so pm me your number again.
i was down there in july, the cruise was awesome, its nice to see a town that actually does something for the hobby like that. too bad we had to go to indiana to do some, ahem, more cruising, and almost ended up getting arrested
maybe next year if i have my t/a going ill come down there again for just the cruise.
Win any awards Paul? I seen your car there. This time it was etup completely different, they actually block off the road and had the cars park slanted. I guess cause they had a HUGE turnout, but then at 9:30 they started filing cars out
It was rediculous and upsetting. If they keep doing it like this, closing so early, I'm scratching that show off my list also.
The cruise has always supposed to end at 10pm. they had the cars start filing out at 930 so that the road could be opened back up by 10.
My parents took their car out and said they will never go again if it is set up the same way. Way to many people / trouble makers and for the most part a lack of respect for the show cars. The whole night was very unorganized.
I have a feeling they wont do it that way again. If they dont change it though, I wont be taking my car out there.
I got there at 6:30 and barely got a spot at the end of the street. I was car 313, there was probably close to 350 cars at the end of the night. I would have liked to run into some of you locals because after the show I went cruising the area but could not find where everybody was hanging out. I rolled by Blue top and that Ohara's but noone could be found. On the way out of town near River Oaks mall, I smoked a 1990 something Mustang Cobra. I even gave him the hit, but he didn't have a chance against the old bird.
Yea, I didnt see you, just your car. We coulda showed your around NWI. Startin to be big hangouts at the Discount Tire in Highland. Thats about it, I think O'Hara's in Friday night only, early too. . . Getting very lame around here. Indy is the place to be fro cruise nights
