Any of the original gathering peeps still out there??
I was there so I DO know what 100+ thirdgens look like. I got lost in St Louis with a group of guys who went up in the Arch and spotted a 92 Heritage RS. It was the best time of my life! To all those who were there, shout out!
To those who plan on Caravanning, have fun! It's a blast. But remember, don't blame the leader. He/she prolly doesn't want to lead any more than you would. they are allowed to make mistakes. CB radios are a NECESSITY! With that in mind... magnetic CB antennas are prone to disembark at 108 MPH. Slaloming through construction cones is not recommended. Eat, ****, and check the car every time you stop! Don't go over the car with a fine tooth comb... water pumps will still blow up 763 miles from home. And put all your problems aside and help the mate next to you. He just might save you in a pinch.

Sorry Mark.....
A sight was being in the bathroom and all the sudden hearing a dull roar. Jumping up and seeing 30 some-odd F-bodies of the Texas caravan pulling into the parking lot. It was something, considering we were on the sixth floor with sealed windows

Ah yeees.. but you're missing the pic where Ponykiller went off on Corinne I think we need to do that again sooooon! And no 2 ways can compare to talking with truck drivers
"What's with all them there Trans Am's" (the universal truck driver term for every F-body)
And my post count WAS like 2000 before. Oh well.

It looks to be the same, stylewise anyways....It's a fiberglass 80-81Z style bolt-on scoop, and is fully functional. Been on there about a year and a half now. I was originally trying to build a 69-style cowl out of a spare hood, when I happened across this scoop for $20 Cdn...that quickly changed my mind.

mine is off of a 1980 Z28 that was my previous car and i sent it to the junkyard, and i kept the scoop and the side vents and some other odds and ends. it is the exaxct same thing. most people here on this site told me they didnt like it so i am going to put a 1984 z28 hood i have on my car.
