i'm a little confused by the routing...but cool non-the-less. i'm also confused by your fuel system...why run the return to the sump?

Also having the tremec tko tranny in there arent you suppose to have spacers between you x-member and the subframe to lower the crossmember. I know I did but maybe your x-member compensates some how.

Well it looks like there are some questions. I will start with the fuel system. It is a full bypass system and i needed a return. I have no lines going to the original sender and that is why i used the port on the sump. Is that not the right way to do it?

As for the exhaust. Dual exhaust is a royal pain in the *** especially if you want any ground clearance. Add an x pipe and all of the aftermarket suspension and you end up with a real routing nightmare. We put the x pipe over on the pass side because of the factory indentation for the cats.

I am running the lakewood bell housing, spohn x member for tko. and a factory trans mount. The x member is double wall so we modified it. As far as i know there are no spacers needed.

Put the return to the TOP of the tank, you're just gonna cause the feed and return to fight each other. As far as the exhaust, some of those bends look pretty narrow...kinda defeats the purpose. Kinda shitty cuz it looks like a lot of work

It doesn't matter if you return to top or sump. Communicating vessels, it's the same. There is no effect on pressure (if there was, you would have invented free energy and a way to build a perpetuüm mobile)

I have had zero pressure issues with the fuel system set up as is. Its pretty decieving in the pics as to how the bends are. Nothing is kinked. would have been nice to have a mandrel set up but no body in town has a bender. It should work fine for what i am doing + flow and sound better than a 3 inch single exhaust.

The "pulled" bends are still waaaaaay better than typical crimp bends.

All in all, looks pretty good man. Duals underneath these things going all the way out the back with full-size mufflers is a well beyond a PITA.
