86 IROC Z28 Camaro 454 small block Chevy, .638 in. intake/.622 in. exhaust lift and 251° intake/259° exhaust duration @ .050 in. lift roller camshaft, Aluminum 64cc chambered heads with 2.08 intake/1.60 exhaust valves and 220cc intake/67cc exhaust runners, Edelbrock Super Victor Intake, 950 CFM Holley Double Pumper, MSD 6AL Digital Ignition, Doug’s Long Tube Headers, Dual Exhaust with Flow FX mufflers.

First time out with this engine and managed a best 1/8 mile of 7.771 with some traction issues in first gear. After reviewing some video I realized I was hitting the rev limiter a little on the 2-3 shift as well. I hope that with the rev limiter bumped up a tad, swapping in some 90-10 shocks and disconnecting the front sway bar I can break into the 6's next time out.

I'm sure it's still around somewhere but I can't locate my old timeslip. I keep all my best results on my web page but not the full timeslip. That data may still be in my logbook somewhere.
Guess I'm in the Unlimited class because of all the modifications I've done. It's not just a simple big block swap and the car is a long way from being street legal.

I can't believe it but I finally found my old timeslip with my quickest ET. 60' time was slow because I tripped the lights with my back tires
New best done in drag week trim during testing in late August. car was 3150lbs on this pass. 427" LS, GF5R 5 speed, 3.70 gears (only using 4 forward speeds on track), on c14+ racing gasoline. drove it to the track, put in "race mode", clicked off 2 passes, then put it back in "street mode" and drove it home.
Best 1/4 mile to date. 11.68@115

First outing of the year with the car brought me some good timeslips, but I am hoping for some improvements in the coming months.

it has gone 1.47 in the sixty foot and I am hoping that if I can get it to do that (and a nice wheelie for a photo) I can get a 10.5x timeslip. The car is heavy, for sure, but its a street car.
