Freshly Rebuilt 12 bolt Rearend Complete Drum to Drum
I'm selling my 12 bolt out of my 91z28. This rearend was rebuilt by Art Houser in PA. This rear has a new Eaton Posi Unit, new 3.73 gears, new 1350 yoke, new bearings and seals. This rear is a 30 spline rear and is a c-clip rear. The only mileage on this rear is driving back from Art Houser's shop. Asking $1700 complete drum to drum. I will not ship this rear, you must pick up.

This seems like an odd combination to me?

The Drums would be good for a hard-core drag racer, but
then why the posi instead of a spool, and why no c-clip
eliminators?

Does this rear have all stock 3rd gen attachment points for
torque-arm, panhard, LCAs, etc?

Who is/was the orig MFG of the rearend ?

This car was intended for a street car and a spool is just not streetable in my opinion. I did not opt. for the c-clip eliminators because i did not feel it was needed. This rear does have all attachment points for a 3rd gen as it is currently bolted in my 91z28. This rear is modified 1970 Camaro rear end. If you are in MD, you are more than welcome to come up and take a look at it.

What is your lowest price on this rear? I am putting my IROC back to Show/Street/Strip condition and have sold pretty much everything years ago! Sounds like you had a pretty decent ride!

$1500 is the lowest i'd take for it. Anything less than that i would just save it and put it in a future third gen.
