'82 Z-28 GFX Emblem(s)
TGO Guys,
Looking for replacements for our '82 Z-28 GFX emblems ('83 & '84 are probably the same style). The '82, '83, & '84 do not sit in a recess in the GFX. Later years ('85+++) are definately NOT the same size, shape, etc. Prefer Gold and will pay higher price for GOLD. However, if you have another color that would look acceptable with our GM Code #55 Gold Paint we'll consider it (i.e. Black, Dark or Light Gray, Silver, Red (maybe, not too sure about red)...... DEFINATELY NOT GREEN, NOT BLUE.
Sincerely,
Kurt

Hey guy's. They are the same for all years. The GFX are the parts that changed not the emblems. I have the Gold set you are looking for. I think they are missing one stud, not for sure. They are still on one of my cars. I know they are in good shape tho. I will have to dig out that car tommorow to look at them. They are claiming 7 inches of snow tonight. I'll get back to you on wed or thur.

Thanks for the response. You don't need to kill yourself digging a car out of the snow to get to these emblems. Snap a photo of them whenever you get a chance. We're getting new paint during the first week of January and really don't NEED these things to get 'er done. However, the paint is going to look a lot better with emblems that can atleast be read....
Sincerely,
Kurt

The angle may be making the bottom look solid. It's actually 3-color as well. They are also both severely sun-damaged, the bottom is actually a bit worse.
Thanks,
Kurt

I looked again today and they are definately the top ones. Mine the colors are way more vibrant. I didn't see any cracks in the plastic either. Aside from me knowing one of the pegs is missing I would say they are mint.
