What to do before installing Supercharger on stock 305TPI?

Its an 87 bone stock 305TPI Pontiac Formula with 156,xxx miles but runs stronger as it could be, doesn't consume oil and been meticuosly maintained. I bought the car a month ago and plan to drop in a 350 L-98 engine that sits on my garage once I get around to building it. Here's the deal. I have the old Paxton 85-87 Supercharger setup mounted into an engine, all I would do is take a weekend to transfer everything into my reliable 305TPI. Before doing so however, I planned to do certain things to keep the car running for a while. A complete tune-up with new plugs, wires, cap, rotor and maybe even an MSD, Crane, Jacobs ignition. Buy a aftermarket Fuel Pressure regulator and gauge. Bump up the Fuel Pressure. Then, I would probably need a new O2 sensor to maintain an accurate A/F ratio and replace the injectors or send them out to be cleaned. A new fuel pump would be a good insurance policy and would do it if I get around to it. I think I cover some major tuning points if I miss anything let me know. I'm preparing everything within the next month.
