If you wire it to ign voltage it would. The only way to have it come on only with boost would be to run a hobbs switch. Then you might run into it restricting the in tank pump though. I can look in the procharger installation instructions, but I am pretty sure it's supposed to run at all times when the car on.

The procharger instructions say to wire the relay that turns on the inline booster to the gray fuel pump wire. That would mean anytime your fuel pump has power, the inline booster would be on. So your system is correct.
