What tools (and advice) for tapping a direct port?

I'm looking at the Sportsman Pro NOS kit. I want to run it under the manifold. I have a HSR now. My questions are how much time does it take, what kind of tools do I need, and how do run the lines back to the outside of the motor? Everyone has the same 2 pics on this board but neither show how the lines (n/f) exit the motor.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I just want to see more pics of that setup! That's one of the sickest looking things I've ever seen on a motor..

Should the nossles be perpendicular to the runner? Or angled a little towards the back of the valve? Does anyone know of any books or manuals that could help me out w/ my install?

you could call NOS and ask them, they offer manifold plumbing for $500. but maybe you could get some advice out of them.

Sent NOS and email w/ all of my questions. I have a machinist that will drill and tap the manifold for $75. No plumbing though. I guess I learn how to do that myself.

I'll let you know what NOS said when the respond.
