Tapping fuel line for Nitrous install

What is the best way to tap into the pressure side fuel line when installing nitrous? Links to products/information would be extremely helpful.

Good thing I am not in a big rush for a answer. You would think with so many people with Nitrous on this forum, I would have had at least one answer by now.

I knew that way already. I was wanting to tap the actual pressure line on the driver's side. I am trying to simplify the engine bay.

When I did mine, I went with braided fuel lines coming up from the chassis connections. I put a -6/-6/-4 T junction in there, then ran a -4an line to the fuel noid. Looks super clean, and was very simple. I also have a -4/-4-/-4 T, that I can put in, to connect my fuel pressure gauge with, so I can check fuel pressure with nitrous going.

How does/did it seal? There are o-rings in there. Or is there special fittings to go onto those?

what do you mean?

I got the proper adaptors to attach an AN line to the fuel line fittings, and then into the stock (throttle body in my case, for TPI it would attache to the fuel rail), then the rest of it is a normal AN fittings. To attache the AN to the noid, you need the proper adaptor, if there isn't already an AN fitting there, my noids used 1/8 NPT, so there I used a NTP/AN adaptor.

Ok, what is the proper adaptors, thats why I am trying to ask. I already know how to run all the rest of that BS, just that one part is hanging me up badly.

I think that all the cars have the same hard lines. Your car is an orginal RS, so these should work.

You need 1 -6AN / 16mm x 1.5 O-ring and 1 -6AN 14mm x 1.5 O-ring

(ingnore the pictures, the description says that it is a female adaptor.)

You will probably want some 90* hose ends for the lines, so that they angel back up coming off the hard lines, otherwise they are facing pretty much the front of the car.

Then for tee'ing off the that line, to the noid, you have a few options. You can find a -6/-6/-6 Tee, and use a reducer, to reduce it to a -4AN line. Or you could can try to find a -6/-6/-4 Tee (I don't have a part number handy.)

When I get home tonight, I'll take some pictures of my plumbing, so you can get a little better idea at how it is run.
