Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3;73 with eaton lsd
is this worth it...?

ive never run across that auction before. be warned, stuff from ebay kits like that have a very bad reputation. but that auction describes the stuff very well and seems to know a little about the products. go on theturboforums.com and look at the ebay builds on there, several guys have pulled off the builds with success. I haven't used the stuff so i cant comment on the longativity of the items

Actually YES! I paid my current Superram setup in 2004 from Cruzin Performance for 779$ the upper plenum & runners and 379$ for the intake manifold. With the cost of life inflation, I can assume it would sell for their asking price! With that said, what is your goal/ project with your car? If you want the old school stock look then go for it! For performance mind then don't waste your time and invest this 1800$ for an LS swap. I almost hit the target for a 2012 wrecked camaro with the entire drivetrain for not really much than a rebuilt gen 1 engine and transmission...

Get an LY6.
gen 4 rods (very strong)
LS3 port heads (flow OVER 300 cfm stock-very good)
6.0L
Can be EASLY bought for $1500 or less
