where to find 3.75 inch air inlet tube

The air inlet diameter on a D-1 is 3.75 inches. Does anyone make Aluminium tube in that diameter? Other ideas for making air inlet tubes?

I can't find 3.75 inch tubing, but there are alot of parts for intakes on this website that you might be able find something that will work. I have never ordered from them, but check it out.

spectre products has a good selection of alum tube. i think both jegs and summit will show the sizes online. I assume D-1 is Procharger. I would check their site as well.

Re: where to find 3.75 inch air inlet tube

Gunner,
I found 3.75 silicone tubing, that helps. No Aluminum tubing.
Ronny,
Checked Spectre no go there. Procharger site sucks. May have to call them and see what they have.

Maybe a 3.75 silicone hose would allow me to adapt a 4 inch hose.
Thanks

Re: where to find 3.75 inch air inlet tube

Why not just use 4" tubing and step it down 1/4" at the inlet to the D1? That way you can use whatever material you wanted. I used 4" ID pvc tubing for my turbo inlet which was about 1/2" larger on the OD, so I added a rubber reducer with clamps and it works great.

Re: where to find 3.75 inch air inlet tube

Procharger catalog lists universal tube kit at 3.00 and 3.50 inch.

D-1 unit inlet hose dia at 3.75 no inlet ID shown. outlet at 3.00 outlet ID 2.62

Intercooler is 3.00 inlet and 3.50 inlet

Bonnet inlet 3.00 or 3.50.

I would email them on what adapter may be needed.
