Vids from track this weekend
Was trying to tune the new setup on vp 110 gas but was alot leaner than i imagined and had some breakup detonation in third gear. Then alt belt started slipping and i lost voltage so had to call it a night. New best but should have been alot quicker

Moving out good! Love it. The darkstars and C6 wheels look good together! Giving me ideas lol

Very cool! Would some water/methanol (mix) injection would help cool the cylinder temps to avoid that detonation with that hi-octane gas?
Nice vid's man! I love seeing/hearing that TT powered Chevy!

Re: Vids from track this weekend
Track is somewhat relaxed but they did mention i should have one. But i have no problem stopping with ls1 rears and c5 fronts with hydroboost.
Water meth may help some but i am not going to run it. I gotta richen this car up some more and then play with timing again. I should throw in c16
Timeslips look ok but it wasnt picking up strong last half of track like it used to. I was way down on power. Can see it missing or whatever in the log, rpm line was wavy.New wideband in car and i changed my fuel map to get what i thought to be better readings but aparently its not accurate. Sucks
1.42 60 ft was best this night. Leaving alittle softer than i normally do.
5.72 at 125 1/8 mile. Usually backhalfs 32 mph. Its been 153 traps on 20-21 psi on pump gas last time out. This night i was on 24 psi and race gas. Just too lean i believe and wasnt pulling 3rd gear

Impressive! Thanks for sharing the videos. Are you happy with the new water inter cooler setup? How were the IAT's on those runs?

Re: Vids from track this weekend
Yeah so far the a2w is doing great. If i use ice to chill water down to 60 deg the iats start at near ambient of 90 and barely get to 110 or so on a 22 psi pull. I will have to check the logs
Got the tune ironed out some what. Went 9.14 at 154 on 22 psi on pump gas and still slightly rich up top. So its getting there
Want to see 160 this saturday. Be back on vp110 likely

Wow awesome. Glad to hear the air to water paid off. Not a simple task to build it and hook it all up.
"Hoping for 160's". I can't even fathom that!
I'm sure I could find it somewhere but what are you running for a fuel system? (Pump(s), injectors) Is E85 easy to get out where you live?

3 255 pumps and 127 lb injectors. E85 is at like 3 gas stations in around pittsburgh. All about half hr to an hr drive. I will never run it
I was on my 305/35/19 mickeys friday and went 9.14. I was impressed for a big rim drag radial
