MASS AIR FLOW PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!

For some reason my car runs better with Mass Air Flow unpluged..I've been to different parts stores and I am on MAF #7 and for some reason I can't figure this out I've even played with the relays on...

headlight problems

park lights work but my head/hb lights wont come on..changed the dimmer switch same problem..what else can be causing this to happen?
