Mine broke on a stock crankshaft but held up fine with a 4340 and a cog system. I know I overtightened mine and it was my fault it snapped.

Most states dont even do a visual for EGR anymore. Either way you could delete it in the prom and make the most of the HSR. Id find out if they do a visual before I bought an intake.
