The only suggetion I have at this time is the vibration may be caused because I am using rubber motor mounts and poly mount on the transmission. I am considering switching to the rubber tranny mount...

It is intersting to me that the flywheel is balanced (counterbalanced within a gram or so of what is expected), but yet the clutch pack is a cast pc metal housing which I would suspect would not be...

Possibly, but I doubt it since it is brand new and only has about 2 miles on it. It runs smooth up to ~3k, then gets the vibration. It also vibrates with the clutch disengated and car is not moving,...

Actually after further reveiw, I found that I do have the pivot clip on the clutch fork. The real question (challenge/problem) is .... after the tranny/bell housing is bolted to the engine, I believe...

I bought the RAM #798-2555 AL flywheel $$420and have it installed w/Tranny. Still have to do the finishing touches (reverse light, torque arm and drive shaft). I'll let you know how this ends up.

Well, I got the gauge cluster out. and sure enough one of the wire plugs was not connected to the cluster. I plugged it back in and whala! ... Most everything worked. The termostat is still sickly....
