4th gen fuel tank

have heard 4th gen tanks are better (baffled and plastic) anyone know if all are better or just later LS engined ones

same here, got a STRANGE rear axle (4th gen width) with GTA wheels and looks way cooler. makes standard GTA look narrow/tucked in

are you sure it is the correct fork?
the V6 and V8 forks look almost identical but are slightly different
had this on a customers firebird converted from V6 to V8 we replaced the clutch on, they...

had it built at TAS in mersea, near Colchester
hydraulic side works well but mechanical breakages seem the problem
will give them a call, how much did yours cost?

old 700R4 just died, (overhauled/uprated in this country but not enough it seems)
any recommendations for a good replacement/supplier able to live with 450/500 bhp now and possibly 600 one day

under dash next to and to right of steering column
there is a thread on here in tech section tells you how to read codes and what they mean
you don't need a code reader just a short wire or split...

are you sure you did not mix up plug leads
other possibility is one of the intake/plenum/runner gaskets not in position or split, or maybe a bolt not tight
did you check O rings on injectors all...

I may be able to help if you don't mind a drive down to Colchester in Essex to my MOT centre (as do several US service men from Lakenheath and a couple of other sites) as a GTA owner and us car club...

dose the smoke smell oily or just water vapour?
steam is normal on cold start, especially if no cat fitted
not uncommon to get a little oil smoke on initial start up for a few...
