The seat belt retainer is in check nothing was removed from that. If anyone finds these bolts familiar from the interior/seats it will be much appreciated.

I am not original owner but bolts were left out in the open so I'm almost sure they were from me. That could be a good guess, I did have one of the plastic covers off of one of the seatbelt...
