I haven't tried anything with a fan but I did try just blowing air through one of the spare inserts I have. The mesh they used seems pretty restrictive.

You can just take the trim off and slide the display out of the assembly to get to the bulb. I did mine that way but it's easy to damage it.

There are large holes in the hood structure between the front and rear vents about half way back that the insulation covers.

I've removed my hood insulation and pulled out the foam from behind the rear vents. That's as good as it gets without removing metal.

I took the motor apart and found the problem. The brushes were worn, broken and out of their slot. I've been able to replace the brushes with new ones. My current problem now is getting it back...

It's deffinately the motor. As soon as I plugged it into the left side it blew the fuse. The motor seems to be shorting to the case.

With the fuse still blown i decided to measure resistance between the two terminals on the harness side. I got OL. I also measured for voltage. Both terminals have about 4.7v

Drifting is tough on diffs as well as suspension, steering, and chassis. Less rear grip will help things survive but make the car more difficult to control. Keeping the wheels spinning as you exit...

Nope. Pontiac has been doing the smoked tail lights since the 80-81 Trans Ams. They were darker than firebird tail lights. That was continued till 84. As you know in 85 they came out with the grid...

Mac sells wheels that mount to a die grinder. Comes out perfect but takes a while. The bench grinder wheel would be ideal if you have the space.
