Dash light problems?

My instrument panel is very dim when lit even when I have the dash dimmer all the way up. Will replacing those bulbs help any? Also does anyone sell 12v leds to replace those? Also are the headlight,...

New owner chiming in with steering column problems

Just picked up an 86 z28 automatic with a 350 and 700r4. It ain't pretty but it runs good and was cheap. The body is a work in progress. It has the classic loose steering column that plagues GM cars...
