The factory HEI distributor that is controlled by the ECM. It does have a factory EST system that works with the HEI distributor. As far as I can tell the distributor is original to the car.

The relay next to it looks like 14039663. I believe it is the Throttle Kicker Relay or Idle Speed Control. Yes the two have a connection through the brn/white wire.

The two flow charts are very helpful to make sure the servo is working and that you have vacuum in the system. Just make sure you disconnect the cable to the carb.
