Ok the one i have is the one for tpi. It has the wholes for the air filters in it. And i do have the mud gaurds for the fenders. Let me know if that is what you want and ill pm you price including...

what do you mean by the filler panel? front fender skirts? fenders dont have skirts themselves, the side skirts cover the rear section of the fenders and the doors, front section of the fenders are...

I wouldnt mind, i've done it before but theres a gouge on one of them. No rust just thaf cut like it hit something at some point and gouged it.

Correct....that is why you dont have spark...that plug goes to the ignition module on the distributor.
